FAQs

We offer 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, 401(k) matching, HSA contributions, PTO, and paid holidays. We also cover approximately 70% of medical expenses for dependents.

Our standard schedule for welders is Monday–Thursday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. for night shift. Overtime opportunities are often available, and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Our primary hand-welding process is FCAW (flux core). Experience with full penetration welds is preferred. Submerged arc welding (SAW) experience is a plus.

Welders fabricate and assemble industrial tanks, pressure vessels, and structural steel components while following safety protocols and quality standards.

We operate inside a large fabrication facility with open bays and ventilation. Safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship are priorities.

The Welding Apprenticeship Program is a 2-year training course that meets weekly on Thursdays for 4 paid hours. It provides structured instruction and hands-on experience at no cost to the employee.
